How to Get 500 Clients in Your Sports Training Business (From Zero)

Most trainers hear "500 clients" and think: I would need to coach around the clock. That's the session-selling brain talking. Nobody gets to 500 clients by selling more sessions. The trainers who get there change what they're selling — and who they're selling it to — long before the numbers show up.

This is the path from zero to 500. Not theory. The same steps the coaches in my client interviews walked: start with programs, keep your prices real, and let group training and teams do the heavy lifting once you're ready to scale.
