Most trainers try to reach six figures by stacking sessions. At $75 a session, you would need about 111 sessions a month — roughly 28 a week — every single month of the year. No cancellations. No slow season. No burnout. That is not a plan. That is a grind with a ceiling.
Now look at it the other way. Ten clients at $10,000 a year is $100,000. Twenty-five clients at $4,000 is $100,000. Seventeen clients at $6,000 is six figures. The path to $100K is not more hours. It is a different offer.
